Spiritual Guru Sri Vijay Swamiji

Founder of Swarna Bairava Peedam Trust

The world’s largest Bhairava temple is situated in Raatatsuitripalayam, a village next to Aval Poondurai on the road from Erode to Kangeyam in Erode District, Tamilnadu – India. Located in a scenic village, this temple holds a special significance. The awe-inspiring 39-feet tall Bhairava statue at the entrance draws visitors. People light lamps in coconut, pray for peace, and enter the temple to dispel evil spirits, diseases, and debt problems, seeking increased happiness and wealth in life. The temple is open daily from 6 am to 8 pm, offering various bhishkekam (sprinkling) rituals and pujas. Tens of thousands of devotees gather for Bhairava’s blessings on auspicious days, especially during New Moon, Full Moon, and Ashtami Pujas.
